$60 a person through Sunday, February 7th; and after that $75 a person until Sunday, February 21st when the registration closes. All who register after the closing date will be put on a "waiting list" for any openings that come up. Your registration fee covers all meals and conference costs. You are responsible to arrange your own lodging.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund through February 7th; 50% refund through February 22nd; no refund after February 22nd.
Accommodations:
There are several hotels in the area which may be convenient for you. We would
reccomend the Super 8 in Troy, Missouri. Please call the hotel directly to reserve your room. 636.528.6888. Note, there are no accommodations available on the conference grounds. A limited number of families have opened their home to host out of town guests. Let us know if you would like to connect with a hospitality family.
